These options are meant to be a starting point rather than something rigid — we can always adjust based on what works best for you.

I often recommend meeting weekly or bi-weekly at the beginning, and then spacing sessions out over time if and when that feels right.


Working Together

$350 per month (+ HST)
3-month suggested starting commitment


Session Rhythm

You can choose the rhythm that fits you best:

Weekly (Momentum & Accountability)

  • 4 × 30-minute sessions per month
  • A great option if you’re looking for steady support, consistency, and forward movement.

Bi-Weekly (Depth & Reflection)

  • 2 × 60-minute sessions per month
  • Better suited for deeper conversations, reflection, and working through more complex situations.

What’s Included

  • An initial 60-minute intake / discovery session (included in your first month)
  • Light email or text support between sessions if something comes up
  • Flexibility to adjust session length or frequency as things evolve
